Marketing Assistant
Marketing & Business Development
Min. 2 years administrative experience in a professional services environment. Will provide
administrative support to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager, Marketing
Managers and Business Development Managers. Maintain manager’s calendars;
schedule/coordinate appointments, meetings and travel schedules/reservations. Assist with
composing correspondence, reports and other documents. Prepare e-mails, memos, letters,
statistical reports, minutes and agendas. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word,
Excel and PowerPoint. Must have a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm. Skilled at proofreading
typed material for grammatical, typographical and spelling errors. Ability to read and write in
order to proofread and perform minor editing (e.g., punctuation, grammar, spelling) of routine
correspondence. Good knowledge of general office practice and business English.

Marketing Clerk (Part-Time: Min of 20 hours p/week)
Marketing & Business Development
Min. 1 year office experience. Will assemble, package and ship out material requests to regional
offices, as needed. Assemble folders for seminars and other events. Stuff and label envelopes
for small mailings. Research return mailings and e-mailings. Maintenance, inventory and
organization of marketing collateral materials. Minor word processing and research. Excellent
organizational skills a must. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. (Must be able to lift and
carry boxes of approximately 30 lbs.).
