99 galant...new battery new alternator wont stay charged for nothing. When car is jumped it runs but wont turn back on if car is off. Battery light stays on but goes off when alternator is unplugged. Any ideas?

Check the alternator fuse, when my alter went bad it melted the alternator fuse in the battery box.

ya, sounds very electrical, check your fuses.
