So i went to post a pic for my avatar, checked the dot for wanting a custom image, but it was to big and wouldnt let me.

I come back on the site tonight with a smaller pic, and the option in the user cp for editing avatar is no longer there?

Am i missing something, thanks.

Can't right now. I believe they turned off avatars at the moment while they change servers.

I've seen some that do have avatars though?

Yeah..some have avatars. mines gone too.

Yes. The avatars have been disabled. There are still a few which are working (may be ones that are a URL instead of upload). This is very temporary and will return as soon as we finish working on the server.

Good lord we change servers more than some of these members change their underwear.

We thought that the first change would be it, but with the many complaints that users have had about uptime, we thought that it was best to bite the bullet and do it again.
