turbo grand am... few questions

ok i have a turbo grand am... my setup is rather tight and a pain in the @$$ to work on... so let me explain a few ideas. with pics of my current set up.

My back exhaust gasket after the manifold hooks onto crossover pipe keeps blowing out.

1. Weld the connector pipe further closer pushing the turbo more forward or in the corner more...

2. Tack welding a pipe inside the manifold pipe to the crossover making less pressure around gasket... to seal... with a lot of copper rtv

3. double gasketing

4. resort to vbands?

here is a pic of the welded custom fab manifolds:

setup:

naked pic: you can see where the wastegate and stuff goes so its a huge pita because downpipe goes right through there.

Hmm I expected to see a 2 bolt flange that would leak.

Torque the hell out of it!
