So talk me into one of these

Ok guys so heres the deal. As some as you know i have my car listed up for sale, but so far I'm not having any luck lol. I'm gonna have to part the car out and I'm gonna have some cash for a nice down payment. So here's what i need to be talked into either one.......

If you had the choice to buy an 05 EVO or an 05 STI, which would you get? For Arguments sake both have similar mileage, both are stock, and both are the same price.

At the moment I'm leaning towards STI, RWD bias AWD, nicer interior (lil to much blue tho lol), looks a lil more aggressive to me.

I like both alot. I'd like to hear pros and cons about both from owners, and anyone that feels like chipping in.

Both have ups and downs. The Evo can make way more power for the same given amount of cash but looks (subjective) the STi wins. Subaru has DCCD and a 6spd where you have to find an MR to get the 6spd in the Mitsu. Both have the suspension and brakes to back it all up. It'll come down to more your personal choice because both are equal or damn close on everything.

Tough decision really. both are quite the same in many aspects to what many car lovers like us look into. yet i would prefer the sti over the evo. to me, when i see evo's now'a days in my mind i say "oh... another evo" when i rarely see an sti I think "wow, an sti." maybe its just because where i live, i see too many evos.

so my vote for the sti

Mech- kinda how im feeling lol tons of wrx's by me. But only like 2 or 3 sti's. But its the same with evo's.

So far general consensus is get an sti.....which is where I was leaning in the 1st place.

I believe a Subaru can actually make a U-turn though.

I thought my stock turning radius was bad until I drove an Evo. Was like trying to make a u-turn in an aircraft carrier.

STi is probably going to be more reliable and they sound better. Thats about it. The evo mods better and is a better looking and performing car.

EVO plain and simple, theres sti evo shootout every year, every year a evo wins. There are many Evos in the 9s 10s etc. i havent seen many sti in the 10s. plus Evos look a lot better IMO. never rode in either car, my advice test drive both cars and decide for yourself.

Some of you are saying that the STi sounds better so get that. If he really is going to spend the money on a car for the way it sounds, then something is wrong.

I just like the Evos better. I honestly think they win in the looks.
