Video's
Did a search in this section and found no threads posted. I've seen a lot of YouTube vid's of people acting like idiots. Top speed runs over 200 MPH on motorcycles, drifting cars in parking lots, street racing, etc. Can these people receive tickets/be arrested for these type of shenanigans? Or is it not an important issue unless someone it hurt/killed? Thanks

Depending on the severity of the incident usually nothing would happen, it would take a lot of time to track down the person with the video and unless their face is on it there is no proof it was them etc etc. I remember when a video of a guy doing 200ish on his Lambo out in AZ got investigated but I never heard if anything happened.
