looking to spend around a grand next weekend on components. was hoping someone here might have a hook up at microcenter so i can get a discount.

Any reason you want to go through Microcenter, instead of somewhere like newegg.com?

I've build my last 2 machines through NewEgg, and by looking through the threads on FatWallet and SlickDeals.

i can walk into the store and leave with all the components. if I can't get an instore discount i'll order from newegg

oooo ok. i gotcha.

When i order for Newegg, i place my order in the AM, and 9x out of 10, i have my stuff the next day.
