Well i waited a couple of days for my PrivatNetz to come in for my A4, and woohoot hey got here yesterday. As i got home i realized that somthign was wrong ei. the packing was not there anymore lol. Oh yeah the packing was torn open, tape was off it was the worst site i saw in a while, but wait it gets better. As i take the wheels out at least 25% of each lip on the tim is bached/dented/cut up........... Has anyone had and trouble with UPS int he past and how hard is it to get your money back for the rims because they are trashed.

Take pictures of the boxes, contact UPS asap, and let the guy who you bought them from know what happened also. You should be able to have it settled through UPS fairly quickly. I know for things that you have to sign for, you can refuse delivery if its damaged. Sorry to hear about your wheels.

I hope so, he said he insured them but when he faxed me all the reciepts and documents fromt eh wheels i see no insurance charge so i jus tmight get the big F you from UPS, in that case they willg et bricks through there windows in the amount that my wheels cost those @$$holes, i meen it is pretty hard for a pachage with a flat surfaces, to get punctured and damaged that bad if laying on another flat surface, i meen these things had to have been tossed all the F around.
