So who else is ready for the game? Or are already playing it? Had the chance to really get into it, and I have to say, its pretty solid. THQ/Yukes definitly took the time, and made a proper UFC game, and hopefully, now has a good foundation to release more down the line.

F the game...i'm looking forward to the fight saturday. Machida v. Evans fight should be awesome. Surf Taco in Jackson is showing it and giving out free food! Tacos and fighting...AWESOME!

Ill be watching it at a friends house, im pretty pumped for the outcome of Evans vs Machita.

BUT..... UFC is coming to Philly also for 101, and Anderson Silva is fighting Forrest Griffen.

Yep...already got the ins for tickets. I went to the one at the prudential center and well i was far from impressed. Some of the dudes train down the street from my house (http://www.ricardoalmeida.com/default2.html) and a few of my friends train there. Its pretty legit!

Friend of mine is ordering ours the second they are released. I forgot that Almedia was from around there.

Gonzaga trains not too far from me in Rhode Island (He is in Worchester, MA..... 45 min drive or so).

I'm pretty excited to play the game but i don't have high hopes for it just because of other lack luster (imo) fighting games that i have played. The game does look promising but it will all come down to the controls and have natural the flow of fighting is.

I was going to go to 101 especially since its on my birthday but with the rumored price of tickets i rather just order it at home and have a big party. Considering how many of my friends would be going the cost would really be up there all to sit high up.

Decent seats are probably in the $100-200 range, which, IMO, is well worth it, to expirence the UFC fights live. You can always get the $50 seats, and watch on the big ass screens that they will surely have.

As for the game, download the demo first from either XBL or the Playstation store. This game is NOT lackluster at all.

If i'm going to pay for cheap seats and not be able to see the fighters i rather just party it up at home and see it on my tv. I also thought closer seats would be a little more expensive and i'm not sure how great the view would still be. Trust me i'd love to go and i'm still going to try and get tickets once the final pricing comes out but as of now i rather just have a big bbq and party. It would probably be 8 or 9 of us going if we all got tickets and that would end up being a pretty expensive night all around.

As for the game i don't have a 360/ps3 but my buddies do so i'm waiting for them to pick it up. It does look promising and i can't wait to play it.

Yeah Frankie Edgar and Matt Sera are regular trainers there. Only problem is Almedia's wife is quite a biotch and wont let the women fight the men to get better. A few friends of mine signed up hoping to be able to get the same treatment as the men but she wont let it happen. Once i heard that i wasnt going to waste my money. So your basically paying 175 dollars a month for a self defense class lol
