Oh sh*t thats nuts. Now we got turbotrix, pruven, big al (dyno flash), and fasted to date on street tires ams evo. Evo tuners are going nuts with there race cars, alot wing-less. Sick!

I bet if you ask all of those guys they will all say they were influenced by Buschur. He's done things with the 4g63 nobody thought was possible.

Before Buschur it seems all we had was HKS and the Archer brothers. It was awesome to hear about his regular track outings and shooting for the 12s, low 12s, 11s, 10s, etc. The 4g63 has definitely come a long way since then. And probably because of him have made it possible for cars like the evo to run 9's a year after coming out.

Its funny. I got the new Turbo magazine yesterday and in it was a throwback to the November '98 issue. In that issue was the Pan-American import event held at Atco. That was the first one I ever went to. Anyway, in the article is Buschur's first drag car. It was a primer black rear-wheel drive 1st gen and it was doing 9s in 1998!!!! Thats crazy.

If I'm not mistaken the car was bought by Jose Rivera down in Fl. It was painted blue and a bunch of other stuff was done to it. My buddy in Boston bought it, had it for a couple years, but struggled to get running 10's. Sold it and now I think it is back in Ohio.

That was a cool car. No matter how fast it went though it looked slow, lol. Very stable setup.

Yeah, I think whoever has it is racing it again. I saw a rwd 1st gen at Englishtown sometime this year and it had Buschur Racing all over it.
