Nope.

Can you explain what is happening? Are you installing the o-rings correctly? Did you lubricate them before you put them in? Are you using o-rings for fuel injectors which are fuel resistant?

3 different cylinders? Are you only replacing 1 injector at a time? Use nitrile O-rings and you'll be good for pump fuel.

My O-rings never fail but I always seem to have a problem with the injector insulators (the really fat O-ring things at the base of the injector where it meets the head), I have always used OEM but also tried others but with the same outcome. Possibly heat? mine seem to dry up and crack quickly after installation, even when using di-electric grease...

i had a few problems with my o-rings and the fatter injector insulators being ripped up, causing big time leaks. Replaced them all with OEM stuff and havent had an issue since.

hmm havent had an issue before, aside from a ripped one or two on Subies during install/removal. once they're in they're good from there...

i got a nitrile o-ring kit from pep boys actually with a ton of sizes. havent used it but i figured its a nice thing to have on hand...

+3 for getting oem o-rings... Plus when you tighten the pintle caps on top just do it hand tight. If you over do it you can pinch and tear the o-rings...
