I dont understand... car battery is dead or the battery in your remote is dead? Car is locked or unlocked? What is the issue in detail?

Come on mannnn...
Go get replacement battery for the remote or Get out the manual for the alarm (in the box or online) and find out how to deactivate it just using the key, because there is a way... (tip: if its a stock subaru alarm, open the door and cycle the key from OFF to ON three times... that will deactivate the stock alarm. aftermarket alarms will likely have a different procedure, but that type of thing).

might have to be reprogrammed after a battery change but probably not.
seriously... dont be afraid to look in your owners manual, there are tons of wonderful things in there, like everything you need to know about your keyless entry and how to fix any issues with it.

if its stock security system you have to go to the dealer if you waited to long to put that battery in it will reprogram itself this happend to my gf the dealer charged her 130$ to reprogram her origional remote and gave her another, if its after market like the others said look at the owners manual or call the support line

^^ If a car comes from factory with an alarm, most cases it also comes with an instruction manual for that alarm system.

I'm glad to see you got the problem solved i guessed i missed if it was a factory alarm or aftermarket, for factory the three turns in the door will turn the alarm off,if it's aftermarket there should be a disarm switch.
