I've been working for a company doing a project for a month and a half and still haven't received a paycheck. My co-worker has been working for longer than I am and he hasn't gotten paid yet either. I'm supposed to get paid a couple times a month. To make things worse, the lead of our team has already gotten at least one paycheck. What would be the best thing to do in this situation to get my money?

yup, a verbal agreement in the state of PA is considered a binding contract and has the same pull as a signed paper contract.

Stop working unless you're going to get some dolla' bills

I have gotten one payment already and another is on the way shortly. I called the company yesterday and spoke to somebody and it appears that they are still waiting for the client to cough up a huge payment..
