I recently moved to NE Philly and my truck is up for inspection/emissions this month. It's an '87, so pre-OBD and needs to be run on a dyno for emissions. It's also has an engine swap (Starion turbo). The engine is all stock, has a cat, and runs clean so I'm not looking for anything shady.

So I guess I'm looking for recommendations on shops in Philly that have an in-house emissions dyno and are "engine swap friendly". Thanks!

My buddy is actually getting his shop back together after a recent move. He shouldnt have no issues with inspecting your car. I believe they should have all their inspection stuff up and running this week. Ill keep you posted.
