Heres the link on nasioc. I liked the 2009 wrx a lot, but decided I wouldn't give up my z.

But did you look into the reason for the knock, its most likely improper breakin in of the motor. Trust me its a great car and a great engine. Im on the 3gwrx.com all the time and non of those guys have had any problems with their motor.

There are a lot of threads up on Nasioc about issues with this car (and at least one thread here regarding the 2.5 engine) but if you're buying new don't beat it and let it fall under warranty. Plus one for Rob btw.

We have seen 09 wrx's in here for that rod issue. The ECU usually shows that the people were taching out the motor with less than 1000 miles on it. PROPER BREAK IN or it will BREAK. LOL. As far as pricing goes Becker is the #1 sales volume dealer in the mid-atlantic region again this year. Thanks again to Kev and Ender for the reccomendation. Stop in, I'll take care of you.

Are you still looking for a subaru? I have a fully built 06' aspen white STI that was just finished. I am selling the car to anyone who wants to take the payments over. i owe 25k and have over 30k into the car... i just lost interest and am moving onto something different. the car has 500 miles on it with the new build. needs to be re-tuned. car breaks tires loose through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, on 10psi with the old tune from the old motor/setup....

10 psi? What turbo are you running. I'm pretty sure that stock boost was 14.3 or 14.5 for that year. Spinning all 4 through third gear is HUGE. What all is done to the car. I have a customer who might be interested if it's built right.

You can pm. me if needed. The car has a fully built longblock, and a rotated 35r kit. I have the boost turned low so it does not get hurt while on the old tune. i've been running vp race fuel in it aswell just so I do not damage anything. Here is a quick clip of the car. The motor was built by ray @ turbotektuning.com . The car is extremely fast right now at such low boost, Would hate to see it up around 30 once fine tuned on race fuel, where it belongs!

If the car don't sell, i'll be parting it. I didn't even get a chance to list it yet really.

If you are serious, And have any questions, You can contact me via pm at any time, And I can give you my contact number.

I got my 08 STI from cherry hill subaru in NJ and they're customer service is really horrible. Dont go there! After I signed the paper work everything went downhill. They delivered my car with damaged paint. Spent a few weeks arguing with them over the phone and just ended up getting it fixed myself. I heard good things about Annapolis subaru if you dont mind driving down to MD
