Happy F'n Holidays to me!

Ok this is making me nuts. I am in the IT field.... So I think I am pretty safe and smart. Guess I am wrong. maybe some other techie guru's can provide me with some insite. I have had my bank account hacked into AGAIN. I am not going to name names but.... Lets just say this company is like a Paypal(not paypal though).... To use this service they deposit 2 small credits and you verifiy them online. And then you are able to withdrawl funds.
So I am checking my accounts today and see all this activity that is not mine. So someone took the money from my account to use on an online gambling site.

So I call the 3rd party company that does the financial transactions and they do not release any information to me. I was sceptical to release any bank account information to them... So I record the conversation and they tell me some names all which are fake. There was a 3rd name and then all of the sudden I was put on hold and they woul dnot realease any more information to me about this person. So.....I then asked if they could provide me with the IP address that was captured at the time the transactions were made. They would not release that information to me.

I call the police and file a report, I call my bank and notify them of my situation. I have to do all of this verifcation BS to prove that it wasn't me. Of course It was my fault or my daughter who is 1year old, or my wife......

So... Any one have any suggestions on how to protect myself from this type of malicious behavior? Any bank suggestions? Happy F'n Holidays to me
