the only thing i would be worried about is the brake light being so small. the tag is fine as long as it has a light it will pass an inspection so i would say its legal.

i wouldnt do it. i was told that the plate had to be mounted past the ear axle. so side of the swing arm is no good and especially up there because its so hidden. thats my thoughts on it.

thats not true, as long as the plate is visible and has a light then its legal. When i got my state inspection license i used my bike for the test and i have the side mount bracket. I asked about if it was legal that way and they said yes

I think u'll be fine. In PA you dont even have to have turn signals on a motorcycle to be legal. I never use mine anyway unless I'm in a group of other bikes..I constantly forget to turn them off though

you dont? i cant see that being good because most people dont know the hand signals. i thought there was a section that said the turn signals had to be a certain distance apart?

The turn signal switch on my bike is stupid...I have to take my hand off the bars to reach it. I guess I use the signals in the city. But it's pretty rare if I do. |

lol kid is worried hes gonna get pulled over on a bike. i've seen so many worse kits than this. you should be fine. what sucked about doing mine was that you had to do your own wiring for the turn signals, everything else was plug in and easy. the brake lights are crazy bright for being so damn small so you don't have to worry about that.

yea, it can be mounted on the swingarm or where ever you have it as long as it has a light and its visible its ok. And as for the turnsignals you do need them, for the rears they cant be integrated into the taillight and they do have to be 6 inches apart an cannot blink more than 120 times per minute. Im not sure about that website above but thats what it said in my book from penndot
