Illegal U-Turn

I was pulled over for making an illegal left turn out of a shopping center in NJ. The officer was hiding in the shopping center and made the same illegal left turn I did to pull me over. He then wrote me a ticket for Statute # 39:4-125 which is "Uturn on curve/grade or Where view obstructs Uturn sign" but described it as "left where prohibited" instead of writing me for an 39:4-123 which is "Improper Left or Right Turn"Can I fight this and have a chance at winning?
Thanks

I have no idea how your case is going to turn out, I don't see anything in your description that would justify a dismissal, go talk to the officer and the judge and see what happens

would the discrepancy of statute #'s justify a dismissal?
