Been hearing some varied answers about it, i got a careless driving ticket in the spring of 08, its been my only moving violation, ive got 2 tickets for out of inspection prior but those shouldnt effect it. Anyway, How long does a careless stay on your record for? And will it continue to effect my insurance even after the points have been removed?

careless driving comes with 3 points

3 points are removed from your license for 1 year of driving with no violations
