Careless driving
It started to snow here in Philly so my friend and I decided to take my car and go have some fun in an empty parking lot. We find one behind trees and it was fairly far away from a main road. So I do a couple of donuts and as I am heading out of the parking lot a cop comes behind me. He gave me a ticket for careless driving. The ticket states that I was spinning uncontrollably(donuts) in a parking lot. The weather conditions state snow and the time is 9:36pm on Sunday. Can I get this taken off or am I going to get points? I wasn't spinning uncontrollably. I do have it on video but I doubt that would be in my favor. The video, however, does show snow and that I was in full control, and that its empty and dark. This is my first violation since I received my license when I was 16, and I am now 18. Thanks.

Careless driving comes with 3 points.
Your going to have a hard time with an argument of being in control sliding around a parking lot in the snow. You can plead not guilty and plead your case to the judge and see what they have to say.
