Can a Police officer...

I was driving with a passanger... Maybe speeding slightly but not anything excessive, going with the traffic. i get pulled over and the cop gets out and comes up to my window raving about how im getting suspended... my cars gonna be getting towed... So I asked the officer what i did wrong... his answer is dont act like you didnt know that you were driving reckless... So he tells me i was reckless driving and my license will be revoked... as he goes back to his suv with my information another police officer rolls up and they begin to converse about me... The first officer comes back to my window and says its christmas for you... im letting you off easy with a 41-11 or 31-11 which ever one doesnt carry points... anyway he then says i know you'd like to spend this money on your fat girlfriend and get her a ton of snacks but you should of drove better... i dont remember specifically what else he said but me and my buddy starting laughing to show that the words didnt bother us...
he then told me to accept the charges and not plead not guilty because i wouldnt win...
what can i do about this and will anyhting make a difference i dont care to pay the fine but this police officer need to lose the hate

you can call his department and file a complaint, but if your thinking your going to chastise him in a court room that is a move I wouldn't recommend trying it wont go like you want it to.
