A friend of mine just bought a 2002 Toyota Celica and wants to build a twin turbo setup, im just ttryin to set him up in the right direction and where to start.

Umm.. have fun twin turboing a 4 cylinder. It's possible, with tons of money.. but what's the point? Pointless. Tell him to stick with one turbo.

what doug said. anything is possible but for a 4-banger its not practical. either stick to a single turbo or supercharge it. seen some really really quick supercharged celicas.
