What does Everyone think about EBC Red Stuff brake pads

I just bought EBC red stuff brake pads and the reviews looked good. I just want to see what everyones opinion was on here.

Yea...they're sorta like the Hawk HP+...they need heat to be effective. Just make sure you leave a good bit of room on cold days.

Yea, it said that they work good in the cold on their web site but I guess I got taken. One of the reasons i bought them is b/c they said they work good in the cold. That sucks...

I had the green stuff on my RS and they worked extremely well in the cold and hot... but they seemed to have brake fade issues on hard braking.

They also had bad dust issues... so if you dont like cleaning your wheels once a week... avoid :D

A little overkill for the street, the greens probably would have been a better choice. Live and learn.

Any pad is going to start fading when you cook them, and any aftermarket pad is going to dust like a bitch.

Haven't tried EBC stuff. Haven't seen many great reviews of it. Tried Hawk HP+, yuck. Ferodo DS2500 are the bomb.

Yea there rated for 300 hp cars and mine is well over that. Green stuff are for the street but not for high hp cars.
