it seems that the legislative body of idaho wants to commend the creators of Napoleon Dynamite for bringing the much needed attention to that god forsaken and potato riddled state!

I can't believe that it has actually made it this far into the government's infrastructure. if you read the reasons being for the commendation, you'll see just how ****ing retarded people actually are.
