It's a clip of Tsuchiya, Orido, and Wakisaka racing on the track while its raining. They are all driving on sport tires and I found the outcome to be funny.

true but its better imo cause its never in the rain...just the fact they keep the cars on the track for that long is amazing. i cant do that haha
