I know a guy that got protuned at HiRev in NY. Cobbs website has a listing of everyone that has a protune license. I believe that HiRev has VERY reasonable pricing too. Others:
PA- Slowboy Racing....NJ- Precision Tuning (didnt know they had it, they are the isht!)....NY- HiRev Imports, Innovative Tuning Hope this helps out.
