Absolutely no idea what I did, but my neck is locked up, and I can only look down. I can't lift my head up to even look straight ahead. And it hurts, a lot lol. This sucks. I look depressed because I'm walking around staring at the floor LOL!

Get a heat pad and put it on the back of your neck and take some **** that'll relax your muscles. Should work.

Possibly the way you slept? I have slept wrong before and woke up with a stiff neck.

i sprain my neck once and i was stuck looking to the left for about 5 days. so unless you sprained your neck, youll be fine in a few hours

just the weird thing was that it didn't hurt all morning until i went to get out of the car at turkey hill then BAM!

You pulled a muscle in your neck. Hot compress / massage to losen the muscles should work.

That's happened to me a few times before, because of the way I slept. I also hate when you turn your neck and the tendon in the side of your neck pops and you get that instant pain.. it's like crippling.

Probably the way you turned to get out of the car. I've done that a few times.

Take a couple of advil and put some heat on it if you can. You should be fine in a couple of hours.

lmfao! scape you belong in a tree cuz your a nut! You should see how I'm sitting. I'm slouched alllllll the way down in my chair like looking over my chest to see the computer. And I asked to leave and got denied. I took anacin earlier, but it hasn't helped and I have no heat available. oh well. now my back hurts too from sitting so goofy and staring at the floor all day.
