Also improper use of the term donk. It has to do with the Impala logo of the 70's looking like a donkey, hence donks are only 71-76 Impalas and Caprices.


Aside from that, I believe the new Presidential limo is on 22.5" wheels. It's built on the GMC Topkick platform, same wheels as the big rigs. It's way bigger than you would think, that photoshop implies 40" wheels.
