Well...Im looking to make my first batch of beer. I havent looked into it AT ALL yet, but I was wondering if anybody here has done this? I like white beer, like HoeGarden. Im not sure if you can make white beer from a kit though.

Anyway, has anybody done this? What kind did you make and how was it?
Is there a way to test the alch. % and adjust it higher or lower?
