so me and some friends went saturday night for fright fest... never ever again!!!

we left my house at 4:30pm.. takes about 45 minutes to get there. we sat in traffic forever, and finally walked up to the ticket booths around 6pm.

we only had 2 coke cans and we were w/ 4 people. if the guy wouldnt let us all in for $30 each, we would leave. at first he said no, then he called us back and let us pay $30.

this place was packed! you couldnt move or anything. the park closed at 11pm so we had time for basically one ride. we chose kingda ka. we had to wait a total of 4 hrs for this ride. we wound up only staying for 2 hours b/c some cool ppls let us go in behind them... that almost started a war but we were all like

at that point.

the ride was awesome!! but it was a real big waste of $$

they shut down all the rides too, and only 4 or 5 stayed opened. it sucked.. i wnt be going there again for a long time

dont go HALLOWEEN weekend...I went SaturDAY and it was ok, the night is always horrible.....

the best time to go is very early in the season, usually right when they open 7 days. Go on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. You will pretty much have the park to yourself. If there are any schools there, they will be gone by 5-6pm, and its pretty much free for all at that point. I have ridden roller coasters so many times in a row, i got tired of them. I may have ridden the Great American Scream machine close to 100 times, and Rolling thunder, well over 100.
