08 STi Top Mount Intercoolers

How big are these things, they look alot bigger than the old ones and look bigger than the JDM TMIC. Just curious about it.

okay nevermnind lol it really is alot bigger. Im too lazy to search the JDM TMIC, but it looks bigger than that also. its weird though it actually goes over the turbo. I guess it wouldnt be worth it to do on a GC model since the scoop is smaller in width.

Agreed... the JDM is taller (or deeper depending on your perspective) but not as wide as the 08...but someone would have to come up with a completely different scoop and splitter to take advantage of it on the pre-08 models. And no doubt it won't be worth the 700 bucks Subaru will no doubt charge for it.

eh, I always thought it was a little cheezy. I liked my STi TMIC when it was on but people were always dissapointed that my car wasnt an STi.
