honestly dude, those fans are so light the zip tires work pretty well lol. I sell these at work and haven't had any issues or complaints. Just use wood screws lol

Flex-a-Lite sells there fans with a type of zip tie also....I am pretty sure your gonna find that kind of mounting kit with a majority of the fan companies out there.

they are not normal zipties. it doesnt form a loop. i dont really know how to explain it... you see six dots on the front of the rad, and nothing on the rear. its super clean, and effective. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

I've seen these rad's advertised for EVO's recently and have wondered how well they performed compared to stock...
I agree with others though about the zip tie type hangers. I've used them before you secure fans to the rad and it works. in most applications you can't even see the ends behind the bumper. |

I'll Chime in, I am not a fan of my Mishimoto Radiator. The overflow fitting is on the wrong side, OE and Koyo are on the passanger side on my car and Mish is on the drivers. I emailed them about it, and no response.

i have a mishi rad and fans they went right into my stock brackets and plugs with a little umpf Note: you'll have to clip your plug off your stock fans and wire them to the new ones hope you can sotter. fans work great with 2 zips ties. dont use 4, 2 zip ties is a weight reduction lol jk but seriously the bottom two ties are a small pain. the zip ties are like push lock the zip tie goes through your rad and a small square slides over the zip tie locking it in place.
Rad - $220 Fans - $120 (for two)

The zip ties look the cleanest imo you dont even notice them because they are not the typical zipties and you have no mounting brackets so it looks as if the fan is just stuck to the rad.

I was thinking about grabbing their fans for my koyo, any ideas? Does anyone else make slim fans for the wrx anyway?
