I got a guy whol will give 100K commission to someone who can get his pub/restaurant sold in Warren County NJ. 100K Commission!!!!! Idc how many people this takes, if you can help, PM me and we can split some $ if you know someone or have a hookup.

that sounds very nice, i have a feeling though it probably won't get sold for awhile due to the economy and everyone that has money has it haulted to see what happens

Why would he? Hes giving 100K to someone that could find a buyer, not someone to buy. Duh. He needs it sold quick.

why would he get someone to find a buyer if he could just lower the price of the property? also is this in writing and notarized?
