Time slip data base needs cleaning

When is some one going to throw out all the bull**** times that don't have time slips or videos to back up there runs? There is alot of runs with perfect tenths and hundos posted. We all know it is hard to run a 10.50 at 130.00.
Just an observation.

I like to see what mods work certain cars. Not bench/dream racing. Just proper info would be nice. No?

Cleaned a couple out that were obviously not real, thats all I can really do. The timeslip feature hasn't had an update for a long time unfortunately and is somewhat... broken. We've kept it on the forum anyway since its better than nothing but if a better option comes along we'll try to move to that (and probably be forced to lose all the current entries in the process).

Only times with slips should be posted. Anyone serious enough with the time will obviously have the slip or in most cases slips so i don't see why anyone else should be able to post.

agreed... the timeslip db SHOUD require a timeslip to be posted for any entry 12.99 or faster, but its just not 100% compatible with the newer versions of vbulletin and unfortunately the creator of the timeslip db has stopped supporting it so there arent going to be any more updates or improvements.
i believe there is a new garage/timeslip program from a different guy but it would require us to complete wipe out the current garage and timeslips and start from scratch, so that kind of sucks.

i would vote yes on a new timeslip data base thingy. ....if there was ever a vote

it would be cool if you had to put up a pic and have it verified by a mod to post a time

its a little over kill and cerial, but would be cool and professional

I agree it'd be nice were it cleaned up. I'm a hypocrite at this point though because I haven't gotten around to scanning in my own timeslip yet. Will get on it.

Edit: timeslip added

That's a cool site! I'll add mine to it.

I also use www.dragtimes.com.
