Seatbelts FTW!

got 11 staples on my right arm after my boys car flipped on a wet road.

all i remember is waking up with my name being yelled and i started dragging myself out. damn child locks i couldn't get out the rear door so i had to drag my body from the back to the front door window.

than i got handcuffed for almost fighting a cop cuz i said i was ok but i was a little drunk and he said get down and blah blah, you know. road to the hospital in an ambulance and they stitched me up. almost got arrested again for taking a piss cuz they thought at that time i was wasted, i just needed to pee. i told the cop, gonna arrest me in a hospital? gimmie a break!

my parents and my sister picked me up at 4am and a little before than i almost got arrested again for not sitting on a bench to wait for them. im just standing there, waitng, nothing out my mouth. just waiting, cop nearly handcuffed me with my recently stapled arm. eff them, but i'm alright.

dodge intrepid

worst part, he has no insurance so he ain't getting no money for the car. all he can do is get a new one out of his pocket. 162 is a crazy road, specially when its wet, i found out the hard way but its cool. hurt but alive.

got a bad bump on my head and my knee hurts, i'm limping but i know its just a little ding. nothing broken, just my arm got cut real real bad. i saw soo much flesh, it was crazy. i panic'd a bit when i saw the wound, thought they were gonna chop my arm off.

pa being us?

the only person he has to sue his is buddy that was driving to fast for conditions. If that is on the report then he can't really bring a suit against penndot for any road conditions that would have contributed to the accident

but if his buddy is uninsured most states have something for uninsured drivers. so in the end pa tax payers will fit the bill.
