MY CAR IS Totaled!!!!

Well today around 6AM I was going to get gas, I cam out of my street (Parkway) and a GIRL in a Jetta Ran right into me going like 40MPH.... She hit my door and F UPED my car.... I am ok but NOT THE CAR.
I Did not have the car longing then 4 weeks.
So I did not go to school and I was in a bad mood and very sad because it was my first car and also i have not way to go school or work... So then my mom and my dad cam up to me and said they will help me out with a car.. So we came up with this they are going to get a lone for like 8 or 9grand and I only have to pay them 1/2 of it back... They told me I should look around but I really can't look for another car right now.... So YA my first car is allready gone... I am gonna part the car out also if any one wants any parts...

You must be in horrible pain!

*Cough*Call a lawyer*Cough*

Teach that bitch a lesson! Talking on your cell and trying to navigate traffic is a no no. At least have her pay for a new car.

so was it deemed her fault? if so she would be paying for your car and your insurance really wouldnt matter.
the only time your insurance would matter is if you pulled out in front of her and it was deemed your fault.
if you were pulling out and she hit you at a high rate of speed it sounds like there's a chance that she had the right of way here...

glad you're ok though...

A police officer showed up at the scene I assume?
Did the Jetta driver admit she was wrong? Did the officer determine who was at fault?
If you were not at fault then you'll get paid for the value of your car, and you can use that money to get another one. I dont see why you would need help from anyone if that is the case.
If you were at fault, and didnt have proper insurance coverage, then yeah, that would suck.

But I am sure the exhaust is angled for back pressure to have a faster spool-up for larger size turbochargers @ low RPM

You wont get anywhere near the fair value for the car. if it was her fault you will get insurnace money for your car to pay your parents back. which will work out pretty well. It is always nice to have your parents give you money.
