Here is what i came up with regarding painting the color of the rims to match your car. I believe thats close enough to it. idk if i like it, it may just be the color as a whole. I left the front original for comparison.

Definitely don't paint the wheels. Here are a couple 'shops I did for you. I also lowered your car too while I was at it.
 Hard to find wheels for Saabs..man! Wheels are now the same size as the existing one's on his carDotz Roadsters:  Sacchi 245:  SAAB Factory 18s:

Here's a concept I did with the Dotz wheels (IMO, the best of the three):
 Tinted taillights, side marker, front reflector. Tinted windows. Added brakes behind wheels. Lower air dam mesh |
