I try to eat healthy at home and make healthy choices when I'm out for lunch during work.

I don't like sweets very much, so I rarely eat candy.

I've got one major weakness where snacks are concerned...

Mission tortilla chips and tostitos con queso. by far the best snack for me... i just feel like a fat ass every time I eat them

what is your favorite snack?

I just bought these Hostess Streusel Cakes at the grocery store and they are ****ing amazing. They are like coffee cakes, but the best I've ever had.

I also love "home style" potato chips.

I dont know that I really have one particular snack I like. Theres a lot of things I like, but not all the time. Sometimes I get cravings for chips. (certain bbq chips, and doritos) I'm not much for sweets, so like scape said, I dont eat much candy at all. Very rarely.

how can you only eat one meal a day? Like seriously, I can't do that. Besides, its not good for you. A lot of people think "oh if I eat less, only one meal a day, I'll lose weight" but thats not true actually. I'd like to lose weight, like a lot, but I'm just too much of a lazy fudge muffin, and I love to eat. haha

I agree... I'm doing better on eating more than one or two meals a day...

I've got some steaks i'm going to make with a red wine & mushroom sauce and some mashed potatoes... nom nom nom
