but is this leagal? there has to be some kind of privacy act being violated?

nope, this type of stuff is public record.

Nothing comes up for me.

that doesn't work. I punched in a couple known fellons and they don't come up.

i did the same and had to try a few times for some people...for example, when i put in philadelphia and their name..it didnt come up. But when I left out Philadelphia and just entered Pennsylvania, they came up.

Disorderly Conduct (1/15/2000) , FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE OFFICER (5/17/2000), RECKLESS DRIVING (5/17/2000) , POSS OF MARIJUANA (1/15/2000) , USE/POSS OF DRUG PARAPH (5/17/2000), POSS OF MARIJUANA (5/17/2000)

Funny, because I was told these were going to be stricken from my record.... And all these charges came from 2 separate incidents at my folks house.

1/15/2000 - I take the car without parents permission while they are out. Go to movies w/ (pregnant, though i didn't know yet) girlfriend and cousin. Come home, fall asleep in basement. Wake up at 4am to see 4 cops standing around me. My folks had me 302'd!!! because they couldn't legally remove me from the house, because i didn't commit a crime. So the cops check my pants and find like 2 bowls full of weed and tin toker! lol... i sat in a psych ward "under evaluation" for 5 days... ridiculous! haha.

5/17/2000 - 9 days after my daughter is born. My friend is waiting for me in my car outfront, going out for the nite. Get in verbal fight w/ my mom, who tells me to "kill myself". I spit in her direction in disgust, begin to walk away... my dad JAWS me!!! Almost knocked me out. We get into a tussle, mom calls cops. I leave, get in my car w/ friend and see a cop car come around teh corner.. I was shocked and panicked so i thro it in reverse, stupidly thinking i could get away. AFter about 50 yard, i come to senses and stop. Cops take me out of car w/ guns drawn. Find 2 bowl fulls of weed and 2 pipes in my car...
