as some of you know my fam and i moved out to a new location so now my old place is up for rent

1825 Bridgetown Pike
unit call me
Feasterville, PA 19053

2 bedroom (1 has a Jacuzzi)
2 bath
full kitchen
washer and drier
plenty of parking and i do meet plenty
1st f.
outside storage and patio place
gas and electric

I do allow pets, and car work. as long as you are not swapping engines in the parking lot and creating an oil slick all the way down the street. I don't want to get an EPA call

This is a corner unit so it’s the biggest one in the development.

I’m redoing the place now so when you move in it will be emasculate. Ask JasterM5 he was there yesterday

Rent usually is 1200, but for friends and fam it will be 1100, and i cover water/sewer will. Peco is all you

I do run credit history checks and a police report so be honest I will find out. i am a fair landlord and do understand **** happens sometime. But the second you start BSing me I’m changing the locks and all your **** will be out on the street.

15 min away from
Neshaminy Mall
Oxford Valley Mall
Franklin mills mall

30-45 min from King of Prussia mall and Willow Grove Mall

15-20 min from 95, TP, and Rt 1

and if i like you and you need car work done my house is less then 1m away.
