Due to recent thread topics i thought this would be a informative question to ask. what is the penalty someone could recieve for having sex, or some sort of other sexual encounter in a car or somewhere else in public?

thanks.... It's just I know for some guys the girl isn't worth half of the minimal of that fine and try and settle business in the car LOL. That's the only fine u can recieve though?

Yeah if its just to people having sex it can be a bigger problem if its done in view of children then its a 4th degree crime and your butt could end up in jail!
