Herro TST'ers,

I always noticed the stars for the threads. It looks like it is user operated. Who picks what threads are full of win, and which ones are 1 star? Is this an option that I have overlooked, that most TST'ers use? Please help me.

I never really thought about it until now. Good question. I have never "used" them.
