i got pulled over on my way back home to philly coming from king of prussia mall. does anyone have any police officer friends or someone that can help me with my ticket? please let me know. thanks.

I'm glad you posted in here rather than the ATL forum, this way we can give our honest opinions. I don't understand why you think anyone would want to help you for doing 35 over

Take it to court, a week before the court date order donuts for everyone on the MontCo police department

I think the lesson here is do 75 max on the Turnpike and no more. Also, invest in a good radar detector..

well i was hoping somebody out there in the car community would like to help out another car/racing enthusiast.

Don't pay the fine, b/c then you get the points. Take it to court, talk to the Da & offer a plea bargain.
Ask for a... 3111A, its a no points moving violation.

I'd ask for a 3111a only if you want to piss the officer off.

I'd try and ask for no points, or 1 point, don't ask for a particular violation code.

All of the Montco cops I have dealt with were cool (haha... its embarrassing and lol material that I can say that).

Take it to court, ask for him to drop the points and keep the money. Or ask for community service. I once did that and had to give snacks to the geriatric center. It made me feel good even though I was forced to do it. Also depends on what your history is with violations.... what time of day it was, the area, etc. Gotta have a good case to plead...Don't go in there asking for a certain code. That just shows you're trying to cheap out and act like you know what you're talking about.

Best thing you can do no matter what is learn from this one and take it seriously.

just go to court and plied something hah, i took a ticket of 65 in a 35 and won, just cause the Judge didnt like the cop, and the funny part is that cop knew who i was when he pulled me over just cause he knew about my crash from when i was 16 and he delt with my sister 3 times haha, all the cops i know, besides one, around 422 are just a$$es! thats just me though.

I agree here, .. and while requesting a 3111a is an option, NO officer of the law likes it when a violator tries to get around the system (not that the system isnt flawed). Offering/asking for community service instead of points shows responsibilty and showing a willingness to accept punishment,.. not a bad idea. and yea bro from what i have seen with TST there are plenty of us here that will lend out a hand/couch to help each other, but +25mph over is quite a favor to call in with those of us that have ties with local PD, I always have my badge with me when i drive, and knock on wood, i havent had any tickets here in this state yet, but if i got hit at +25 i would have to pull in a personel favor to just get myself out of the fine.
