If your not already a member become a member of 8thcivic.com and read up on peoples reviews there. Plenty of members have done the reflash.

My personal take on the reflash...Your only going to see benefits if you have the supporting mods to go with it (ie. header, exhaust, and/or intake). If your car is still stock, it will not help at all and if anything you will see negative effects on a stock Si. It doesn't provide a huge horsepower gain but it does noticeably smooth out your powerband and increase power up top by adjusting your vtec engagement point and rev limiter.

i hear you 8th gen's forums suck, and so does there search feature, and Honda tech sucks too for our cars. all i can tell you is the only way you can truly boost safely is to convert to rsx ecu, which as you know takes alot of work. so i am hope hondata decdides to come out with tunning software for our cars, but it doesent look to good

Hondata Reflash for the 06-08 Si's works. Not a big fan, but it works better than stock with the supporting mods.
