good stuff. autox is so much fun. you should come down south to the Philly region or try etown with the NNJR SCCA.
looks like a real small course from the pics, and even a smaller turnout, but running a 1 minute lap means if probably wasn't that small. where was this at exactly? |

Never realized your car was a vert. Interesting. I hope whenever I get a non DD, and go autox'ing the turnout will be small. More runs FTW.

yeah the turn out was tiny i think it was 15 cars in total. i was able to get off 9 runs before i got sick! (thats what i get for not eating good before the racing) as for the wheels i paid 200 for the set and another 350 for the tires! 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 in the rear! i can't wait to do it again the next one is going to be on july 27

Interesting....I might have to look into when and where they hold events. Try coming to the NEPA SCCA region events (nepascca.org). Next one we have is on the 15th, and its over at the Schuylkill Mall, Frackville, PA. We usually have a really good turnout and Frackville is one of our bigger lots.

Have you run NEPA events often? What car? I am at all of the events even if I do not run, just don't remember seeing you. I will be at the next event driving an '88 RX7 GTU (I think GTU... its NA. It's my Sister's car), in the morning and then my CRX in the afternoon. |

AH...I was looking 1 month behind. Thanks for the correction. I used to go heavy when I had my Mazdaspeed Protege 2yrs ago, but after the accident not really (I moved out of state for a bit, and when I came back things were just messy for a while). I made event #3 over at LCCC, and hopefully I can make the one this weekend if I can scrounge up some cash for new brakes and get them on the car.

I was at the LCCC event driving my '91 Honda CRX Si, red in color, and rusted up pretty good. It was 99.5% bone stock at the time with 3 different tires on it too, but it didn't do too bad.
Now it has the fully Prothane poly kit installed, Mugen rear trailing arm bushings, Ingalls rear upper control arms, HF front sway bar, ST rear sway bar, and I will be on a full set of VictoRacers, also new brakes front & rear. (Edit) Forgot the Skunk2 short shifter. Plus, I just sent the money for the Koni shocks, GC sleeves, 400/450 springs, and ES motor mount inserts. woohoo lol Those won't be here in time to have on for this coming weekend so I'll still be on shock springs and shocks, but will have the race tires. Where do you live ATM if you don't mind me asking. I actually live in Conyngham. |

I had my green 93 Civic Si with a mis-colored fender on 02 Si wheels out at LCCC. It has the basic I/H/E, lowered on Skunk2 springs and Tokico blues(I was broke at the time and couldnt afford Koni Reds), SKunk2 rear lower control arms runnin on Falkien Ziex 812 tires. I live in Blakeslee, which isnt that far from you.
