Ever since 2002 when i first saw the new Mini Coopers i have REALLY wanted one, and for one reason or another ended up always getting other cars instead. so with my audi sold it was time to go shopping... i went over to NAM (North American Motoring) a mini cooper forum and posted a WTB, two days later i received a PM from a guy (the original owner in his mid 40's) from RI with EXACTLY what i wanted! and the best part of the deal.... he was willing to drive it down here.

The cooper he was offering was a 2003 BRG (British Racing Green) /Black/Black with EVERY OPTION, which include:

-Premium Package (including the HID lights, auto climate control, and Panaramic roof),
-Sport Package (including sport seats, sport suspension, DSC, EBC, ABS),
-Cold Weather package (including heated wiper jets, heated headlight washers and heated seats),

-plus a list of extras: Rain sensing wipers, Panther black leather, navigation, H/K sound system, aero kit (plus, body colored wheel surrounds), dealer installed MINI factory alarm, Whalen stainless steel shift ball, self-dimming rear-view mirror, a MINI boot tray, MINI rubber floor mats, MINI cargo net , Mini Mania OBD II reader and reset tool, and a Bently manual.

my plans for the car aren't TOO crazy, the day i picked it up we tinted it and put an R-speed exhaust (R-speed is a company that specializes in Miatas and Mini's who at one time were importing exhausts from germany, but due to the cost of shipping from germany discontinued it) but i managed to find one gently used and picked it up (before i even had the car!) other than the exhaust i will be doing rims (undecided but leaning towards OZ's or BBS), and other minor bolt on's, as well as a well rounded stereo (that will retain my factory nav) other than that i just plan to drive it and enjoy it!

I know its not a Subie, but it really is one of the most fun cars i have ever driven! i will keep updating with pictures and descriptions as i add parts/change things.

very nice!! not a fan of stock minis too much they look kinda boring, but it doesnt take much to make them look so nice, tint and exhaust is a good start....a nice set of wheels would make your car look sick!

or these... (im leaning towards these in the hyper gun metallic)

either way it'll be slammed on Ksport coil overs.

these look too close to the factory wheels to justify spending $$ on... i think on a classic mini they would look baller as hell tho!
