I called yesterday to pay it off, here i cant pay over the phone (why not?) i have to mail a check or money order. Lets say i drive over to hamilton one day to pay it off, will they let me? or should i just do everything through the mail to not risk the chance of getting arrested.

You can go to court Monday thu Friday 8:00 am till 3:30 PM and pay your fine. As far as being arrested I don't know what you were charged with and if your stoppped by and officer on the road you will be arrested. But that going to happen anyway if you dod come in and fix this as soon as possable.
