Alpina

Nice new Silver/Grey (hard to tell through my tint) Alpina. Younger woman driving it. 309 North around 2PM today. Not a bad way to spend $100k.

The one in the states is the Alpina B7 (7 series). Kind of weird, but I've seen 3 different ones in the last month. What are the chances?

There's an Alpina Z8 in a little nondescript building behind the Dominoes Pizza in West Chester. Also, there's always a bunch of crazy cars in there like an old yellow Ferrari Dino, an '82 Ferrari 512BB, Porsche Carrera GT, Bentley Continental GT, Maseratis and other various new Ferraris. Whatever that place does, I want in. You should definitely stop by and peek in the windows if you get a chance. Never disappointing. The Z8 has been in there forever, though.

ahh, true if it's newish. But I thought he might have meant an older Alpina. Like CherryBomb, I also see a couple Z8's in my area and one of them is an Alpina Z8...which my neighbor's brother says is not as fast/quick as his standard non-Alpina Z8. I also always liked the Alpinas based on the 5 series.

Yeah, that's true. The Alpina Z8's were de-tuned, but still managed to cost like $20-30k more. Wierd.
