i haven't been able to get good times on it with my current set up. i had some transmission problems that caused me a lot of problems on the track. i fixed it in the off season and did a few other things as well. i am hoping to get back to the track in the next couple of weeks, but etown keeps delaying their opening because of the weather. i should be high 12's wiht my current dr's. my best run to date was a pathetic 13.5@106 (took me 3 tries to get into 3rd, damn tranny). i had a nice run going too, 1.9 60' and a 5.5 330', and damn 3rd gear screwed it all up.

i'm getting stage 3 in the next 2-3 weeks, and have a few other boxes that will be arriving around the same time. i'll be running larger dr's, and i'm looking to break 11's this season.

GOod ****. I like the hood. 1.9 60' is decent for a FWD car!

thanks!

the 1.9 was on 225/50R15 bf goodrich dr's. with slicks an srt can pull a 1.7! i don't want to run slicks because i want to do street events, but i'm hoping that the larger dr's (235/60R15 M&H's) will at least allow me a 1.8. there are some good aftermarket parts out there that help us with wheel hop and help keep the tires to the ground.

Yup, I plan to. I havne't been to etown since I ran the m3 (13.8 @ 103, or so)

STi should be significantly faster. When is the next time you're heading out? Someone said atco is open now? I wanna run it after I get the next round of gofast parts on it.

i don't go to atco as much as etown, it's a much further drive for me. i'll be at island drag a lot this season, more runs for the same money. i'll be at etown for the big events though, street wars, imports vs. domestics, and such. the first street wars is next weekend, but i'm not sure that i'll be there for that. if all goes as planned, my car will be apart getting some work done.

Nice car. I have seen it at a couple SRT meets. Keep up the good work on it, and good luck this race season. I heard about your trans problem
