SPRINT phone troubles - Internet?
Well Im on my moms plan, Imma kid, and live with her, 14 as a fact. And we DO have internet on our plans, and she can acess it, But I cannot, It tells me too update my vision profiles, so I go too do so, and it wont let me, I was wondering if anyone knows anything I can do?

Not going to be much help but... The way I solved my sprint troubles ..
. . . . . . . . . . .. .. . . . .. . . moved to verizon.

i had sprint, realized it sucked, had verizon and they weren't much better, too many dead spots. i have ATT/cingular now and we'll see how it goes.

call sprint and ask if you have any provisions on your account. i work for at&t wireless tech support and many times when this happens is when someone either upgrades or changes their account and by mistake they change the provisions on the account. also make sure you have a data plan on your phone b/c when it comes to data plans they have to be on each phone. for instance if you and i are on a plan and i have internet on my phone just b/c we are on a family plan doesnt' mean you would have it unless there is a family data plan which i don't believe exists.
